Elderslie is the baby of Adam Wadewitz and Nicole Roberts. There's just two wines, made in tiny volumes. Their Pinot Blanc is treated like a Chardonnay and it's beautifully textural. Time in barrel and on lees has given it a great depth. White stone fruits and zingy acidity makes for a great drink.
