The man behind Vine Mind is Col McBryde. He is one of the team behind Some Young Punks and his day job is chief winemaker at Adelina. Vine Mind is his new pet project. Two wines only, this and a Riesling. The fruit for this wine comes off the property next to the famous Wendouree. The resulting wine has loads of summer pudding and cherry delight flavours.
