Llew Knight joined his mum and dad to make the family wines in 1979. He has made all the wines ever since. The Knight family are trail blazers in the region, as they planted vines back in 1970 when they realised traditional, small sheep farming wasn't sustainable anymore. Llew's latest release Pinot Noir strikes a great balance, with cool climate savouriness and spicy oak. Look out for pithy strawberry flavours, mineral acidity and hints of cinnamon to finish.
