2015 Auld Family Wines Barossa Valley Cabernet Shiraz

The Auld family is a sixth-generation family owned and run winery. Their 2015 ‘Wilberforce’ release has loads of sweet cinnamon and vanilla aromas, from plenty of time in barrel. The palate has a fruitcake richness and coconutty finish. It’s seven years old and we believe it still has a good five years of ageing left.

“Deep, dark red/purple colour, with a rich dark chocolate bouquet. The palate adds very ripe plum jam and fruitcake flavours, deliciously ripe and loaded with flavour and charm - even a hint of opulence. A lovely wine.
