The Galli Estate ‘Camelback’ range has been a favourite of ours, for a very long time. Ben Rankin makes really good wines and Matt Honan, who represents the wines out in the trade is a great bloke. The wines are made with fruit off their own vineyard. They use minimal farming practices in the vineyard and minimal handling in the winery. Ben’s Shiraz has blackberry fruit characters, with hints of Mediterranean spices and earthy finish.
