Walter Clappis is the man behind The Hedonist wines. He has been making wine in McLaren Vale for 30 years. His daughter Kimberley has now joined him to make this wine. His Grenache vines are certified biodynamic and the wines sees minimal oak and sulphur. Their ‘Ecology’ Grenache has heady Christmas pudding aromas, followed by a medium bodied palate loaded up with cranberry fruit flavours and fresh garden herbs.
