2015 Galli Estate ‘Adele’ Heathcote Monastrell

We've been selling The Galli Estate wines for over 10 years and they a great job. The wines are made with fruit off their own vineyards. They use minimal farming practices in the vineyard and minimal handling in the winery.
The Adele range is made in small batches (less than 100 dozen) with skin contact, indigenous yeasts and biodynamic practices. The Monastrell (Mataro) is quite wild and untamed. Wild blackberry flavours, with black olive and spice to finish.
